About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the Audio Visual (AV) industry. This role involves driving B2B sales, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the AV systems integration market.



Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities within the AV domain.

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and technology partners.

  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and recommend customized AV solutions (e.g., video conferencing systems, digital displays, professional audio setups).

  • Market Research: Stay updated on AV industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to spot growth opportunities.

  • Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and close sales.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and project teams for seamless project execution.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AV or IT solutions.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and offer relevant AV solutions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Willingness to travel for meetings and project discussions.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; a master's degree is a plus.
