About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the Audio Visual (AV) industry. This role involves driving B2B sales, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the AV systems integration market.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities within the AV domain.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and technology partners.
Solution Selling: Understand client needs and recommend customized AV solutions (e.g., video conferencing systems, digital displays, professional audio setups).
Market Research: Stay updated on AV industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to spot growth opportunities.
Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and project teams for seamless project execution.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AV or IT solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand technical requirements and offer relevant AV solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel for meetings and project discussions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A bachelor's degree is preferred; a master's degree is a plus.
