Job Description:

Karta Studio (Philate) is seeking a qualified and passionate Certified Balance & Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will be experienced, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills in English.

We are particularly looking for instructors certified in Balanced Body, Stott, or BASI for both Reformer and Mat Pilates.


Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Balance & Pilates classes for clients of varying skill levels

  • Customize workout plans based on individual needs and goals

  • Ensure proper form and safety during exercises

  • Maintain a positive, motivational, and professional attitude

  • Collaborate with the studio team to enhance client experience

Requirements:

  • Certification in Balance & Pilates (Balanced Body, Stott, BASI – Reformer and Mat)

  • Proven experience as a Pilates/Balance instructor

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills

  • Female candidates preferred

  • Age: Below 40 years

  • Preferred nationalities: Indonesian, Turkish, or European (Indian nationals not considered)

  • Currently working with an agency

  • Ability to adapt to new cultures and studio environments
