We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to spearhead business development and operations in the Gujarat region for a pioneering, sustainable water conservation technology company. This role is critical to driving strategic growth, market expansion, and client engagement across multiple industrial sectors.

Market Strategy & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, analyze industry trends, and formulate actionable strategies to penetrate target segments.Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute robust sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure with high conversion efficiency.Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Team Building & Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team. Foster a collaborative and target-driven work culture.Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration:
Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and channel partners to create new business opportunities and strategic alliances.Process Innovation & Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements in business development practices to enhance operational effectiveness and customer value.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.
Strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the capital goods or wastewater management sectors.
Proven track record in business development, preferably within industries such as Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Power Plants, Integrated Steel Plants, Fertilizers, and Sugar & Distilleries.
Deep knowledge of wastewater treatment systems including Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), ETP technologies, and sustainability-driven solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
