Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of new and existing products. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product development lifecycle and create a clear product roadmap
Gather and analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable features
Collaborate with the marketing team to define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Support the sales team with product demos, technical insights, and feature presentations
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery
Meet with clients and stakeholders to gather input and demonstrate progress
Stay up to date with industry trends, market research, and competitor products
Identify new opportunities for product innovation and enhancement
Define and track product KPIs, user feedback, and performance metrics
Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business goals
Key Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in product lifecycle management
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software development
Excellent client-facing skills and ability to deliver product demos
Exceptional organizational, planning, time management, and communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across departments
Hands-on experience in defining product strategy and roadmap
