Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer needs.

• Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.

• Promote the company’s services by understanding and aligning with client objectives.

• Prepare proposals, sales contracts, and client agreements as needed.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Collaborate with senior team members to refine and implement business strategies.

• Learn and assist in developing new lead generation strategies across platforms.

Preferred Exposure in Any of the Following Sales Strategies:

• Online Bidding Platforms: Freelancer, Upwork, etc.

• Email Marketing: Creating customized outreach emails and campaigns.

• Cold Calling: Engaging with old or prospective leads to explore new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (required).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

• Good negotiation, time management, and planning skills.

• High level of attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Basic understanding of IT services and business development concepts is a plus.
