Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals and business pitches.

2. Attend client meetings with business development managers as a technical consultant.

3. Manage the entire proposal lifecycle – from scope finalization and solution review to commercials and submission.

4. Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose effective, scalable solutions.

5. Ensure alignment between proposed services and client requirements.

6. Draft responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other client queries.

7. Present technical solutions and cost-effective proposals to clients in collaboration with the sales team.

8. Create detailed cost estimations and ensure profitability for each engagement.

9. Maintain documentation, approval flows, and status updates throughout the proposal process.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Requirement Scoping, Functional Analysis, and Technology Solution Design.

• Solid experience with Effort and Cost Estimation, Proposal Development, and Client Presentations.

• Background in Presales, including preparing value propositions, identifying win themes, and proposal flow design.

• Hands-on experience in solutioning, wireframing, estimations, and proposal writing for Fixed Price, T&M, or Service-based projects.

• Strong exposure to multiple technology domains like UX, Mobility, IoT, eCommerce, Digital Solutions, etc.

• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, wireframing tools, and documentation platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation abilities.

• Highly process-driven with a focus on timelines, stakeholder alignment, and reporting standards.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
