Job Overview:

AIS Technolabs is looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in online bidding portals and client communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, revenue growth, and managing the full sales lifecycle from bidding to closure. Candidates from IT service sales backgrounds are preferred; however, individuals with experience in sales/marketing or insurance sales may also be considered.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle online bidding on portals such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, Elance, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and email communication with prospective clients.

  • Generate qualified leads, pursue opportunities, and contribute to revenue generation.

  • Conduct discovery calls, sales discussions, and handle client objections with confidence.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, and delivery) to fulfill client requirements.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of target achievement, bidding activity, and lead status.

  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to suggest new approaches.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in saleslead generation, or online bidding (IT industry preferred).

  • Proficiency in using Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, or other bidding platforms.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with proposal writingemail marketing, and business development strategy.

  • Preferred if involved in end-to-end sales process (lead gen to closure).

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet monthly sales goals.

  • Candidates from insurance or marketing sales backgrounds will be considered if they meet the core criteria.

  • Priority will be given to candidates actively bidding and closing deals via online portals.

  • Should have visibility and ownership of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

  • Must be able to handle discovery and client meetings independently.

  • Should be capable of smart decision-making and managing responsibilities proactively.
