Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Lecturer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physics instruction to intermediate and degree-level students. The ideal applicant will possess strong subject proficiency, effective communication skills, and a student-centric approach to teaching.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging physics lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Evaluate and monitor student performance through assessments, assignments, and examinations.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
Encourage student participation and maintain classroom discipline.
Develop and implement teaching strategies that foster a positive learning environment.
Participate in departmental meetings, training, and academic events.
Education & Qualification Requirements:
Graduation: Minimum 70%
Post-Graduation: Minimum 80% in Physics or related field
Additional Qualification: B.Ed or any recognized teacher training program (mandatory)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong subject knowledge in Physics.
Lesson planning and student assessment skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Fluency in English and Telugu (spoken and written).
Passion for teaching and adaptability to student needs.
Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal behavior.
Languages Required:
Proficiency in English and Telugu.
