Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be the link between our clients, recruiters, and franchise partners, ensuring high levels of coordination, satisfaction, and service excellence. You will help manage key client accounts, address operational challenges, and identify opportunities to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Coordinate effectively with clients, recruiters, and franchise partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, goals, and pain points to provide customized solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Service Delivery & Support
Ensure timely interview coordination between clients and candidates through recruiters and franchises.
Track performance and ensure KPIs such as placement success and client feedback are met.
Provide day-to-day support to clients, resolving issues and concerns promptly.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments (e.g., recruitment teams, operations).
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all client interactions, candidate statuses, and service milestones.
Prepare regular updates and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor account performance, revenue, and satisfaction levels regularly.
Identify and propose potential opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling services.
Provide feedback and insights to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role—preferably within consultancy, recruitment, or HR services.
Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving service-level goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM and account management tools (experience with HubSpot is preferred).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
