Salesforce Gen AI Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Gen AI Architect to join our team for a high-impact contract role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce technologies and AI/ML integration, particularly with Salesforce Einstein and related cloud platforms. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex AI solutions into actionable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Lead Solutions: Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs including data model, security model, and integration patterns.

• AI/ML Integration: Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce Data Cloud, or third-party tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team including Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and consultants.

• Data Governance: Ensure AI solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and optimization.

• Technical Strategy: Create architecture blueprints and act as a technical decision-maker for AI and Salesforce integrations.

• Model Development: Oversee development and deployment of machine learning models including NLP, recommendation systems, and automation tools.

• Performance Monitoring: Ensure model accuracy, fairness, and compliance. Continuously improve performance over time.

• Innovation Advocacy: Stay current with Salesforce updates and AI advancements; promote adoption of innovative solutions.

• Issue Resolution: Promptly address technical issues, system failures, or user challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Einstein, Apex, Lightning, and core Salesforce Cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Health Cloud, etc.)

• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data science principles, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch

• Hands-on experience with AI development and deployment in a CRM context

• Solid knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms

• Experience leading teams and large-scale Salesforce implementations
