Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is results-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled in identifying and converting business opportunities. This role demands a strategic thinker with at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or tech industry.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and onboard new corporate and B2B clients
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Promote Hypermiles' travel services and tech solutions to potential clients
Prepare customized business proposals and impactful presentations
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications using CRM tools
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Industry experience in travel, hospitality, or SaaS/tech preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals and KPIs
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starter mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is a plus
