Primary Responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel aspirations, preferences, budget, and any special needs or requirements. You will need to communicate effectively to understand the client's needs.
• Itinerary Development: Research and create customized travel itineraries that align with client needs, incorporating flights, accommodations, tours, activities, and transportation. You will need to be able to research the best options for the client.
• Booking Management: Manage all aspects of the booking process, including securing reservations, negotiating rates with suppliers, and ensuring accuracy of travel documents. You will need to be organized and detail-oriented to ensure that all bookings are correct.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel experience, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise. You will need to be empathetic and adaptable to meet the needs of the client.
• Travel Expertise: Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, destination knowledge, and supplier offerings to provide informed recommendations and enhance the client experience. You will need to have a strong understanding of the travel industry and cultural understanding.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure repeat business and access to exclusive deals and benefits.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement in services and product offerings, and contribute to developing new and innovative travel packages.
Experience Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in travel and tourism.
• Strong knowledge of various travel destinations and cultural aspects.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite. Ideal Candidate:
