Job Description:

  • Retain and grow existing accounts while acquiring new clients within the carpet industry market segment.

  • Stay updated with market trends and regularly report insights to the management.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and valuable market insights.

  • Investigate customer complaints, propose solutions, generate reports, and offer actionable recommendations to the management team.

  • Exhibit professionalism and strong market understanding.

  • Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the industry.

Job Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the carpet or related industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong sales acumen with good financial judgment.

  • High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.

  • Keen to gain deep knowledge of products, markets, and customer needs.

  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.

  • Demonstrated people management and developmental skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in B2B sales, particularly in hospitality carpeting (Hand Tufted, Axminster).

  • Exposure to FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) sales in the hospitality sector.

  • Experience working with interior design or architectural firms.
