Job Overview:
Seeking a results-driven and motivated professional to lead sales and business development efforts for modular flooring solutions. This role includes responsibility for expanding the customer base, managing projects, and driving growth in the Western India region.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in targeted cities and regions.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and institutional clients.
Lead the complete sales cycle, including client interaction, proposal submission, negotiations, and deal closures.
Manage and grow dealer/distributor networks.
Conduct market research and stay informed on competitive trends and customer demands.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Monitor stock levels, ensure timely collections, and enforce credit policies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute branding and promotional strategies.
Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2–8 years of relevant experience in modular flooring, modular furniture, or tile industry.
Deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Willing to travel extensively across Western India.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
