Job Summary:
Vanitha Fireworks Industries is looking for talented and experienced Chefs to join our in-house culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in 5-star hotel kitchens or as a personal chef, with a strong command over both South Indian and North Indian cuisines. This role demands high standards of culinary expertise, professionalism, and the ability to cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining excellent presentation and hygiene.

Menu Planning & Development:
Create customized, seasonal menus tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, allergies).Food Preparation & Cooking:
Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals by following recipes and food safety protocols.Plating & Presentation:
Ensure each dish is visually appealing and professionally presented.Ingredient & Inventory Management:
Maintain stock of ingredients, ensure freshness, quality checks, and organize kitchen inventory effectively.Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance:
Keep the cooking area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized at all times, adhering to hygiene regulations.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should possess at least one of the following:
Bachelor of Hotel Management
B.Sc in Catering Service
Diploma in Hotel Management
Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management
Experience Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
Prior experience working in a 5-star hotel environment is mandatory.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a personal chef.
