Mission Overview:

BROXCELTECH is seeking a seasoned and visionary Project Manager to lead its high-profile GUR Program—a bilateral development, testing, and production initiative in the defense aerospace sector. This role demands a unique blend of strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and cross-border collaboration.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end project execution from Hyderabad.

  • Establishing and maintaining productive two-sided cooperation with stakeholders across countries.

  • Fostering a high-performance work culture that aligns with the mission’s technical and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the GUR project phases.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between domestic and international teams.

  • Ensure compliance with defense aerospace standards and project timelines.

  • Oversee systems integration, testing, and validation in line with mission objectives.

  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, avionics, flight systems, and testing.

  • Provide risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and regular progress reporting to senior leadership.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle.


Experience Requirements:

Candidate Profile:

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Advanced degrees (MSc/PhD) or scientific credentials preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the defense aerospace sector.

  • Proven track record in high-speed flight systems, rockets, or similar aerospace technologies.

Technical Expertise (Preferred):

  • Ground launch systems

  • Flight mechanisms

  • Aerodynamics

  • Guidance and control

  • Avionics

  • Flight test operations

Preferred Institutional Background:

  • DRDO labs (DRDL, RCI, ASL)

  • ISRO (especially in Launch Vehicle systems)

  • PINAKA MRL development programs

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Cross-cultural and cross-functional team management

  • Strategic planning and execution under tight deadlines

  • High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive data

  • Relocation: Required for at least 2 years to Hyderabad
