Mission Overview:
BROXCELTECH is hiring a dynamic and skilled Project Engineer to join its strategic GUR Program—a bi-lateral development, testing, and production initiative in the defense aerospace domain. The role involves working closely with engineering teams from both national and international entities to drive technical excellence and timely delivery of mission-critical components and systems.
The candidate will contribute to cross-functional development activities from concept to production, ensuring system-level integrity and compliance with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in the technical execution of the GUR defense aerospace program.

Coordinate system integration, testing, and validation efforts across engineering teams.

Prepare and review engineering documentation, including design reports, integration plans, and test protocols.

Interface with partners to ensure alignment of design and development tasks.

Participate in design reviews, root cause analyses, and risk assessments.

Support build, assembly, and field validation of aerospace subsystems.

Track project progress and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Profile:
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Postgraduate degree (MSc) is an advantage.
Professional Experience:
5+ years of experience in the defense aerospace or high-speed flight systems sector.
Hands-on experience with flight systems, missile systems, or launch vehicle components.
Technical Expertise (Preferred):
Ground launch systems
Aerodynamics and propulsion
Guidance, navigation, and control systems (GNC)
Avionics and embedded systems
Flight testing and instrumentation
Preferred Institutional Exposure:
DRDO labs (RCI, DRDL, ASL)
ISRO (Launch vehicle systems)
Participation in indigenous programs like PINAKA MRL or equivalent
Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Team player with the ability to operate in a multidisciplinary environment
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deliver under pressure
Additional Details:
Relocation: Mandatory for at least 2 years to Hyderabad
