About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director / Sr. Art Director to lead visual storytelling and design strategy across all brand touchpoints. You will be responsible for developing visually compelling campaigns, guiding design teams, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print platforms. This is a leadership role suited for someone who is not only creatively gifted but also capable of managing projects and mentoring teams.


Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead conceptualization and execution of high-impact creative campaigns

  • Guide and mentor a team of designers, ensuring quality and consistency in design outputs

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with strategic goals

  • Oversee the development of brand identity, layouts, typography, and visual assets

  • Provide art direction for photo and video shoots

  • Stay updated on design trends and innovations and implement best practices in design processes

  • Review and approve final artwork, ensuring alignment with brand standards

Key Competencies

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign design, brand identity, digital and print design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and digital design standards

  • Expertise in storytelling through visuals

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Educational Qualifications

Graduation:

  • Bachelor of Design (B.Des) preferred from premier institutes such as NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or MIT Pune

Post-Graduation:

  • Master of Design (M.Des) preferred from NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or MIT Pune

Personal Attributes

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional demeanor and presentation skills

  • High level of ownership and accountability

  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration ability

Languages Known

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required

  • Additional language(s) would be a plus
