Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in pre-sales, requirement analysis, and solution designing. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and supporting the sales team in delivering tailored proposals and pitches. This is a critical role in ensuring the successful acquisition and execution of client projects.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
Attend client meetings with the sales team to provide expert technical insights and solutions.
Manage the full proposal lifecycle including scope definition, solution development, cost estimation, and proposal submission.
Engage directly with clients to capture and analyze their business requirements.
Create tailored IT solutions and ensure alignment with client goals and capabilities.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and ensure proposals are commercially viable and profitable.
Draft responses to RFPs/RFIs and support in the presentation of proposals to prospective clients.
Support internal teams with clear documentation, wireframes, and functional specifications.
Desired Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services or digital solutions environment.
Proven experience in pre-sales activities including requirement scoping, effort & cost estimation, and solution design.
Hands-on expertise in creating proposals, technical documents, and client presentations.
Strong understanding of various pricing models including Fixed Price, T&M, and Service-based engagements.
Exposure to technologies such as UX/UI, Mobility, eCommerce, IoT, and web/mobile development.
Experience with wireframing tools, estimation techniques, and proposal tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions, business units, and stakeholders.
Self-driven, process-oriented, and committed to reporting and documentation standards.
