Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and driven Senior Sales Engineers to join our sales team in promoting and selling our LED and solar energy solutions. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in project sales, preferably with Gulf experience, and the ability to close large-scale deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for LED and solar projects
Manage client relationships and project negotiations
Prepare and respond to tenders and bids
Represent the company at expos, exhibitions, and industry events
Achieve a minimum sales target of $100 million USD worth of projects annually
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a relevant field (preferably in the Gulf region)
Languages: Excellent in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
