Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives
Duty Timing: As per mall shift timings

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing cum Sales Promoter with a strong background in retail marketing and promotions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer interaction, sales-driven, and skilled in product presentation. Preference will be given to those with experience in perfumes or personal care retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage proactively with walk-in customers and build lasting relationships.

Attract new customers to the store and drive product sales.

Confidently present products and create customer interest and trust.

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Distribute product samples and collect feedback for internal improvement.

Provide personalized product recommendations and guidance.

Conduct follow-ups with customers and maintain engagement.

Make sales calls and build a strong customer network.

Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail marketing/promotion.
Age between 22 – 32 years.
Smart, energetic, and well-groomed with a pleasing personality.
Strong customer service and communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Malayalam or additional languages is a plus.
Preference for candidates with experience in perfumes/fragrances retail.
Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or clothing retail is also considered.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
Basic proficiency in PC/computer systems.
Target-driven and efficient in performance.
