Job Summary:
We are hiring a Head of Quality to lead our Quality Assurance division and ensure strict adherence to aviation regulatory standards. The role involves managing the Quality Management System (QMS), interfacing with DGCA, and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with aviation maintenance regulations.
Maintain effective communication and regulatory alignment with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
Plan and execute internal and external audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Prepare quality performance reports and present them to the Aviation Operating Board.
Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid B1 AME license.
Significant experience in aircraft maintenance quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations and QMS best practices.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
