Job Description:
A leading stationery and office supplies company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join its expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This is a field-focused role requiring strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a valid UAE driving license.


Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote stationery and office supply products.

  • Actively identify and approach new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Conduct client meetings and deliver tailored presentations showcasing the product portfolio.

  • Respond to client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.

  • Conduct regular field visits for market development and customer engagement.

  • Coordinate internally to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

  • Prior experience in the stationery or office supplies sector is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented approach.

Compensation Structure:
Two earning models are available:

  1. Fixed Salary + Incentive Model: AED 2,500 per month + incentive based on gross profit slabs.

  2. Full Incentive Model: 20% of gross profit from individual sales.
