Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads in international markets (US & Canada).
Identify customer needs and set up meetings for the sales team.
Work collaboratively with internal teams including Marketing and Sales.
Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and activity information.
Consistently achieve or exceed qualified lead quotas.
Requirements:
Proven 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales in international markets, preferably US and Canada.
Strong cold-calling skills and objection handling ability.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Tech-savvy and experienced in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
