Primary Responsibilities :

A CAD Designer in the textile industry utilizes computer-aided design software to create and modify textile patterns, prepare technical drawings, and collaborate with various teams to ensure designs meet production and market requirements.

Experience Requirements:

Create and develop textile patterns and designs using CAD software.
Collaborate with product development and and production teams to finalize designs.
Research and analyze market trends to produce innovative and competitive designs.
Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and production requirements.
Work with suppliers and production teams to resolve any design-related issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in textile design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Textile Designer, preferably with CAD software expertise.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and marketable textile designs.
Excellent understanding of textile materials, construction, and production processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
