Job Title: Barista (Specialty Coffee)
Department: Beverage – Café
Job Description:

  • Prepare espresso drinks, pourover, and demonstrate latte art

  • Maintain grinder calibration and coffee equipment

  • Engage customers on coffee origins and profiles


Experience Requirements:

Contract Duration: 2-year renewable
Location: Muscat or Salalah
Experience: 2+ years in specialty cafes
Salary: 200–230 OMR basic + benefits
Vacation: 30 days annually
Education: SCA Barista Intermediate preferred
Languages: Good English
Key Competencies: Espresso precision, latte art, cleanliness, sensory skills, customer service
