Coordinate between clients, design, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution. Manage samples, documentation, and delivery tracking.

Understand client briefs and manage samples.
Coordinate with CAD, QC, and production teams.
Track order status, costing, and client communications.
Support internal teams with merchandising reports.
Key Skills:
Jewellery process understanding (Polki/Kundan/Diamond).
Communication and coordination.
Documentation and timeline management.
