Job Description:

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production goals.

Provide guidance, training, and performance oversight to production staff including Operator Technicians.

Monitor ongoing processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency and quality.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain adherence to quality standards and company guidelines.

Work closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Support employee development and handle performance evaluations and training needs.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
