Primary Responsibilities :
Ball Boy (4 Positions – 2 Shifts)
Location: On-site
Preferred Candidates: North Eastern India (Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, etc.)
Role Overview
Ball Boys support on-court operations by ensuring smooth gameplay, court readiness, and excellent member assistance.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Collect and manage balls during matches and practice sessions.
Maintain court cleanliness before and after play.
Assist members and coaches with rackets, towels, and water.
Enforce safety protocols on the court.
Provide courteous and prompt support to members.
Requirements
Conversational Hindi required; English is a plus.
Energetic, presentable, and passionate about sports.
Prior experience in sports academies, gyms, or hospitality is preferred.
Salary
₹10,000 per month (Negotiable)
Working Schedule
Full-time: 8 hours per day
Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 positions)
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (2 positions)
Break: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
7-day work week
No weekly leave
Weekend work mandatory
