Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and meetings
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for solution deployment
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Provide post-sales support coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong technical understanding of products/services being sold
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
Experience in B2B / technical sales preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field
Prior experience in industrial, IT, SaaS, automation, or technical product sales (preferred)
