Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales growth and marketing initiatives in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing teams, and driving revenue through effective market expansion and client acquisition.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Coordinate with senior management to align business objectives.
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Gulf market.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in business development and market expansion.
Knowledge of the Qatar market is an added advantage.
