Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Computer Technician to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and basic networking requirements. The role involves providing technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Perform system upgrades, OS installations, and regular maintenance.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and service logs.
Ensure data security and proper system functioning.
Coordinate with external vendors when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma / Degree / Certification in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field.
Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with printers, scanners, and office IT equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented attitude.
