Job Summary
We are looking for Network Support Engineers to provide field-level IT and network support across client locations in Mumbai. The role involves troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues, supporting network hardware, coordinating with L2/L3 teams, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Salary & Allowances
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Petrol Allowance: Paid based on client location visits

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for computers, laptops, workstations, and LAN networks.
Work with LAN/WAN network hardware such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams in case of network, hardware, or system failures; raise and follow up on tickets until resolution.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware, software, and video conferencing systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system issues efficiently.
Evaluate LAN and WAN functionality and address performance or configuration shortcomings.
Travel across Mumbai for site visits and support activities as required.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering
Candidate Location: Mumbai-based candidates only
Gender: Male candidates only
Mandatory Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike mandatory)
