Position Overview
The Engineer – Development is responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and implementing efficient software solutions aligned with business and customer requirements. The role involves close collaboration with development, QA, and support teams to deliver high-quality products while following defined specifications and development standards.
Experience Requirements:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Understand and clarify client and internal product requirements before development begins
Design, develop, and enhance software applications using .NET technologies
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code as per functional specifications
Perform first-level testing, validation, and verification of new developments and bug fixes
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects based on priority
Support deployment activities on test and production environments
Participate in technical discussions and roadmap planning meetings
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development and reporting
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
3–5 years of relevant development experience
