Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and service staff

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs

Support staff training and performance monitoring

Manage table allocation, reservations, and peak-hour operations

Skills & Competencies
