Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, safety compliance, and cost optimization. The role requires strong leadership to manage teams, improve processes, and achieve operational excellence.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet business targets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Lead, train, and manage plant staff to achieve high performance
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Monitor plant KPIs, budgets, and operational reports
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and supply chain teams
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and infrastructure
Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a senior plant operations role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations
Proven leadership and people management skills
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and performance management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational goals
