Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Officers / Senior Marketing Officers to drive marketing initiatives, increase brand presence, and achieve sales and outreach targets across assigned territories.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities in assigned areas
Develop market penetration strategies and achieve monthly targets
Conduct field visits, dealer/distributor meetings, and customer engagement activities
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversions
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare daily/weekly activity and performance reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing or field sales
Strong understanding of local markets in Bihar / Jharkhand / UP / Odisha
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Graduation in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
