Job Description
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to generate new business, manage corporate clients, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining B2B customers through strategic sales initiatives.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Maintain and grow existing client accounts
Track sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in the UAE / Dubai B2B market preferred
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
