Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer with strong exposure to the construction industry. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and coordination with site teams to ensure smooth human resource functioning across projects.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction roles including engineers, supervisors, site staff, and support functions.
Coordinate with project managers and site heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source, screen, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR MIS.
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance coordination.
Employee Coordination & Support
Act as a point of contact between site teams and corporate HR.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation.
Support disciplinary procedures and performance-related processes.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to labor laws applicable to the construction industry.
Maintain HR reports and dashboards as required by management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Mandatory experience in construction industry hiring.
Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Based in or willing to work from Noida / Ghaziabad.
Immediate joiner or notice period up to 15 days.
Hands-on experience working with site-based teams.
