Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Diagnostics Division

Location: Bangalore 

Experience Required: Minimum 8-10 years in Sales & Marketing within the Diagnostics / Healthcare Industry

Exp : Experience :8-10 yrs as Area Sales manager in Laboratory and Diagnostic Background covered Karnataka , Tamil Nadu  and Andhra

Key Responsibilities:

               •             Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets in the diagnostics sector.

               •             Manage and expand the company’s B2B client base including hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

               •             Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel networks to increase market penetration.

               •             Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and channel partners.

               •             Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

               •             Conduct regular market analysis, competitor mapping, and pricing strategy reviews.

               •             Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.

               •             Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

               •             Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Experience Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

               •             Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

               •             Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in diagnostics sales and marketing, with a strong B2B client network.

               •             Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

               •             Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

               •             Strong understanding of diagnostic equipment, reagents, and laboratory workflows.

               •             Ability to lead a sales team and work cross-functionally with marketing and technical departments.

               •             Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
