Reservations and Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Handle hotel / service reservations through phone, email, and online channels

Manage sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth reservation processing

Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and customer details

Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly

Achieve assigned sales and booking targets

Prepare daily and monthly reservation & sales reports

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and reservation systems

Customer-focused approach with sales orientation

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
