About the Role

Please do not apply if you do not have 8+ years of experience creating BRDs, PRDs, FRDs, wireframes, running Scrum ceremonies, and leading multiple phases of the SDLC.

As a Technical Product Manager (Sr. Business Analyst), you will own the complete product lifecycle—from requirements definition through delivery and release. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex product requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality software solutions.

This role demands strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will also play a key role in testing and quality assurance to ensure that products meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability.

 

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the technical product roadmap aligned with business goals

Create and manage BRDs, PRDs, and FRDs covering functional and non-functional requirements

Develop wireframes, workflows, and user journeys to communicate product design and interactions

Write and execute detailed test cases to ensure product quality and stability

Lead and facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Act as Product Owner, managing and prioritizing the product backlog

Coordinate product releases, working closely with engineering, QA, and business teams

Partner with developers and testers throughout the entire SDLC

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical product-related discussions

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and dependencies

Drive continuous improvement in product development and delivery processes

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

6+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Business Analysis, or similar roles within a SaaS environment

Strong expertise in creating BRDs, PRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and user flows

Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications

Solid understanding of Agile / SCRUM methodologies

Hands-on experience in test case creation and UAT participation

Experience managing product releases and cross-functional collaboration

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
