Job Description:

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Front Desk Staff (Filipino) to manage reception and front-office responsibilities. The role involves handling visitors, coordinating communication, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Monthly Salary: USD 1,000 – 1,400

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries efficiently.

Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments and schedules.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.

Support basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Ensure front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Handle documentation and record-keeping related to front office operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Filipino nationality (mandatory as per client requirement).

1–3 years of experience in front desk / receptionist / customer service roles.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).

Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities professionally.
