Job Title: Telesales Executive – UK International Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join the UK International Sales team. The role involves outbound cold calling, lead generation, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and prior experience in telesales or inside sales.
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or international voice process (UK experience preferred)
Excellent English communication and listening skills
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
Target-driven and self-motivated approach
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Comfortable working in UK shift timings (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the UK market
Present and promote products/services to decision-makers
Generate qualified leads through effective questioning and relationship building
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate prospect details
Follow up on leads to maximize conversion opportunities
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over the phone
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Share customer feedback, objections, and market insights with management
Ensure compliance with international telesales standards and internal policies
