Corporate Securities Litigation Lawyer (Client Handling)
π Key Responsibilities
Handle corporate securities litigation matters, including:
Shareholder and investor disputes
Class actions
Insider trading and market manipulation cases
Disclosure, compliance, and governance-related claims
Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, legal notices, and settlement documents
Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients
Provide advisory support on securities law, compliance, and risk management
Manage client communications, expectations, and timelines
Coordinate with senior counsel, internal teams, and external advisors
Independently manage multiple cases, court dates, and filings
Ensure procedural compliance and timely submissions

Experience Requirements:
π Key Requirements
LLB (mandatory); LLM in Securities / Investment Law (preferred)
Enrolled or eligible to practice law in Maharashtra & Goa
3β10+ years of experience in corporate securities litigation
Prior experience in client-facing litigation roles
Strong exposure to regulatory bodies, stock exchanges, and tribunals
Proven ability to manage matters independently
