Senior Watchmaker / Luxury Watch Technician

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Perform complete servicing, diagnosis, repair, and regulation of Swiss luxury watches (mechanical, automatic, chronograph)

Execute full overhauls, including:

Movement disassembly & reassembly

Case and bracelet disassembly/reassembly

Timing adjustments and regulation

Water-resistance testing

Final quality control as per brand standards

Adhere strictly to SOPs of high-end luxury brands

Maintain accurate service documentation and repair history

Conduct final inspection and quality checks before delivery

Ensure ethical handling and safety of high-value luxury timepieces

Maintain clean bench discipline and follow workshop best practices

Meet assigned Turnaround Time (TAT) targets

🔑 Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in luxury watch servicing

Education: Diploma / Certification in Watchmaking

Post-Graduation: Not mandatory

Special Training (Preferred):

Brand training or certification in Omega, Cartier, IWC, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre (JLC), Swatch Group, or equivalent

Proven experience working with Swiss luxury watch brands

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: KWD 450 – 650 per month
(Based on skill level, luxury brand exposure, and technical test results)
