Exposure to logistics, billing, or back-office operations is an advantage
Experience Requirements:
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Logistics
Coordinate dispatch, transportation, and delivery of goods
Prepare and verify shipping documents (Delivery Challan, LR, E-way Bill, etc.)
Track shipments and follow up with transporters
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for timely dispatch
Billing
Prepare sales invoices accurately and on time
Maintain billing records and documentation
Coordinate with accounts for GST compliance and billing queries
Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes, and customer details
🔹 Key Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of logistics and billing processes
Understanding of GST invoicing and documentation
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing software/ERP preferred)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good coordination and communication skills
