Position: Senior Billing & Planning Engineer
Project: Road Construction (EPC – NHAI)
Location: Keshkal, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: Starting from ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Preferred Skills:
Excellent coordination and documentation skills
Ability to work independently at site
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle billing and planning activities for EPC road construction projects
Prepare, verify, and submit RA bills, IPCs, and final bills
Manage claims, variations, and extra item proposals
Coordinate with site, QS, and client teams for timely bill certification
Ensure compliance with NHAI specifications, contract conditions, and BOQs
Prepare and monitor project planning schedules, progress reports, and MIS
Track quantities, cost control, and project progress against plans
Support audits and client queries related to billing and planning
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in EPC road construction projects
Hands-on experience with National Highway / NHAI projects
Strong expertise in billing, planning, RA bills, and claims management
Thorough understanding of BOQ, contract conditions, and measurement books
