Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Junior Medical Sales Executives to promote and sell medical devices/pharmaceutical products. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Skills & Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Medical Device or Pharma Sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales reporting tools is an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Promote medical devices/pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up with clients.
Travel within the assigned territory as required.
