The General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction of a 5-star luxury hotel. This role demands a seasoned hospitality leader with deep expertise in luxury standards, revenue optimization, people management, and brand excellence.
Qualifications
Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Hotel Management or Hospitality
Extensive experience in luxury hospitality operations
Exposure to international hotel brands preferred

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire hotel operations
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization
Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury brand standards
Oversee all departments including Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering, and Security
Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership and department heads
Monitor key performance indicators (GOP, RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Guest Satisfaction)
Strengthen brand positioning and market reputation
Build strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and brand representatives
Lead crisis management, risk mitigation, and operational continuity
Ensure sustainability initiatives and operational efficiency
Drive innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement
Represent the hotel at industry events and with key partners
